Please read this
important enrollment information:

Enrollment
forms can be downloaded and printed from the links below. Please
return your completed form(s) and check(s) to the school office
beginning Thursday, February 14. Forms cannot be submitted online.
- All
programs must be pre-paid for your child to participate. Spaces
will not be held without payment.
- For
accounting purposes, we require you to provide a separate
check for each ACE Club activity.

For
classes that are offered more than once a week, you may only
register your child for one day.

Programs
may be cancelled due to insufficient enrollment.

Space is
limited in many classes. Registration will be completed on
a first come, first served basis. You will be contacted
if your child is waitlisted for a class and to discuss other
options.

Children
must be picked up promptly from class.

There are
no refunds after the first week of the class.
-
There is
no pro-rating after the class has begun.
