ACE Club Registration - Winter 08-09

Enrollment forms will be accepted in our school office beginning
  Wednesday, November 19th at 8:45 am
 

Winter ACE Club classes
will begin on Monday, December 1st.

Please read this important enrollment information:

• Enrollment forms can be downloaded and printed from the links below. Please return your completed form(s) and check(s) to the school office beginning Wednesday, November 19th at 8:45am. Forms cannot be submitted online.
   
• All programs must be pre-paid for your child to participate. Spaces will not be held without payment.
   
• For accounting purposes, we require you to provide a separate check for each ACE Club activity.
   

• Programs may be cancelled due to insufficient enrollment.
   

• Space is limited in many classes. Registration will be completed on a first come, first served basis. You will be contacted if your child is waitlisted for a class and to discuss other options.
   

• Children must be picked up promptly from class.
   

• There are no refunds after the first week of the class.
   

• There is no pro-rating after the class has begun.
