The beginning of school is such an
exciting time for parents and children. We know many of you have so
many questions about the coming year and what to expect.
We are putting together packages of
information and forms for you that we believe will answer many of
your "big" questions and help you and your child prepare for a
smooth start to school.

students must have a completed set of medical and school
forms on file. We have two different packages. Please read
carefully to determine which package your child needs. |

Postcards from your child's teachers will arrive with
date/time of "Meet Your Teachers" appointments
8/30 - 9/1:
"Meet Your Teachers" appointments for 2's - Kindergartners

The Complete Forms
pack covers most
of our students.
It includes emergency
contact and medical forms and is for any child who was
enrolled in our T2's, 2's, 3's or 4’s programs during
2010-2011 (medical and
emergency forms need to be updated every school year)
as well as any child who is new to our school
and did not attend Camp Keetov/In the
Beginning.
The
Basic Forms pack does not include medical or emergency
information forms.
It is for any child who
is a new RJWECC (T2, 2, 3 or 4) or Kindergarten student for
2011-2012 who also attended Camp Keetov/In the
Beginning.
However, if your
contact information (address, phone,
email or emergency) or child's health
has changed since submitting your forms at the beginning of
the summer, please use the "Complete Forms" pack above.

simply prefer a hard copy, please stop by our school office, and we
will be happy to provide you with what you need!
