School Calendar

We have two ways for you to view and use our 2011-2012 school calendar.

School Calendar in PDF format:  Simply click here to download and print our school calendar.

School Calendar in iCal format:  Import events from our school calendar directly into your personal smartphone, Outlook or Google calendar.

How to import an iCal into your existing Outlook calendar:

Download our iCal file (.ics) and save it to your desktop: Family Calendar 2011-2012

To import into an existing calendar in Outlook:

• Click on the File menu, then click Import and Export.

• Click Import an iCalendar or vCalendar (.vcs), then click Next.

• In the window that appears, locate the file you saved earlier. It will be a .ics file.

• Click OK and the events from our calendar will appear in your personal Outlook calendar.

To create a new calendar that will reside alongside an existing Outlook calendar, simply open the .ics file.

Please note that the iCal is a new tool for our school, and though we have worked hard to ensure a seamless transition for you, if you encounter any problems that you cannot resolve, please let us know. And in the meantime, download the PDF version of our calendar so you can stay up-to-date.
